Accessing cover is easy. If your hearing care provider is a part of our network, simply let them know you would like HearSure insurance and they will activate your free 14-day trial. After your 14-day trial, purchasing an annual policy can be done in your hearing clinic, via email or over the phone.
The price depends on the model of your hearing aid and it’s purchase price. Many of our customers find that HearSure cover is cheaper than their home and contents insurance option. You will receive a quote for HearSure cover at the time you purchase your hearing aids.
Yes. We proudly provide insurance cover to hearing aid wearers living anywhere in Australia, including in nursing homes and independent living facilities.
