You will use the same HearSure portal, however it has been updated to be even quicker and easier. You simply enter the hearing aid details and customer contact details and HearSure does the rest.

Our system will automatically send the client an SMS and an email with details of their free 14-Day cover. Those communications also include a link for the client to use if they would like to purchase the 12-months of cover.

No – we will not call you clients at all. The only correspondence they receive from us is the automated SMS and email. We promise to not harass your clients or force them to take out cover.

No. As you have signed the Collective Liability Insurance Policy (CLIP) with HearSure there is no need to obtain consent from your client to register their details in the HearSure portal.

That’s fine. They can still enjoy total peace of mind knowing that they are leaving your clinic fully covered for 14 days free of charge whilst they make arrangements under their own insurance.

We’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback on our cover, however, clinicians and practice managers alike told us that there was too much additional work to do in-clinic to sign clients up. The 14-day free trial allows every one of your clients to leave their fitting fully covered whilst they decide if they would like to purchase a 12-month policy.

Your clients will receive a final email and SMS from us – confirming that their cover has expired. You client’s will still be able to access the link to purchase cover for a further 30-days, however they won’t receive any further prompts from us.
